1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 garlic clove (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
1 1/4 tsp dry dill (or 2 1/4 fresh dill)
1/4 tsp paprika
Juice from 1 lemon
Salt & pepper
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of your food processor or blender, and mix well until you get a cohesive sauce. If you whisk by hand, crush your garlic clove in garlic press. Done – enjoy!
