1.5 cups olives
1 Tbsp capers
3-4 sun-dried tomatoes
2 tsp squeezed lemon
1 garlic clove
1/3 cup parsley
Ground black pepper
Pinch of salt
3 Tbsp olive oil
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until you get a nice paste. Done!
Note: careful with the added salt, you can also do without and add later if needed.
Optional: you can use only green or black olives.
